At Fireside we believe that students aren't just the future of the Church; they are the Church! Every Thursday we meet to hang out, play games, worship God and learn how we can better follow Jesus. We have an awesome group of leaders that are committed to investing relationally in our students because people need people.
The Marisa Standley Student Ministry Fund
Created in May 2022 in remembrance of Marisa Standley, this fund is used to support student participation in various programs, like the summer missions trip and Camp Berea.
On Mothers' Day, 2021, Marisa was in a tragic accident and left this world way too young. It is because of her involvement in a youth group and her love for kids that this fund was established in her honor. This is a beautiful way to extend that love by helping students participate in life transforming retreats, events, and missions trips.
